We take care to not scratch, dent, or otherwise damage your system in any way. However, once it leaves our hands and is with the shipping company, what happens to it is out of our control. We pack all systems to the best of our ability, but sometimes computers get very heavily damaged (as pictured). So getting insurance to go with the system is always a good idea. By default, all systems come with $100 of insurance, but you can buy extra insurance here.(Pictured: An actual damaged PC we received that got heavily damaged during transit)
