If for any reason your system is missing a component, we'll send you a message via e-mail and ask you to pick one out. Please pick out any missing components within one week for your build to be completed, otherwise we'll need to issue you a refund. If you already have some components and you want us to send a semi-assembled system, please let us know upon purchase.

Important: We don't have any direct contact with suppliers, so while we try to check availability of parts on a regular basis, you may end up purchasing a component that drastically changed its price or is unavailable. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you to let you know what happened and if anything needs to be changed. We will also issue partial refunds if prices drop below what's listed or if we switch to a cheaper alternative from what you've picked.
